    Sales Manager

    Young and hungry Zgraya team is looking for a new Sales Manager. You will be able to improve your skills with a great team.

    Kyiv, remote

    You have

    • At least 1 year of experience working in IT outsourcing/service or software company;
    • At least 1 year of experience in a sales role, lead generation, prospecting and qualifying new clients, customer acquisition, or customer conversion (US, EU markets);
    • Understanding of a sales cycle and specifics of IT (outsourcing) industry;
    • English (upper-intermediate or higher) level;
    • Understanding of the principles of business communication (business correspondence, emails,
      presentations, meetings, etc);
    • Ability to generate plan and work without direct supervision towards the goals;
    • Desire to learn and to improve the skills, life-long learner;

    Key responsibilities

    • Generating qualified leads through different sales channels (email, LinkedIn, Dribbble, Behance),
      prospecting, qualification;
    • Work with inbound and outbound leads;
    •  Manage leads from first contact through all presale pipeline, set up and take part in
      meetings/appointments with prospects;
    • English (upper-intermediate or higher) level;
    • Working closely with the Head of Sales, taking part in brainstorming new sales tactics and
